  • Don’t focus just on your abs. While your abs need to be exercised regularly, so does the rest of your body. If your back isn’t strong, you’re not going to be able to build ripped abs.

If you follow all of those principles than you’re going to look great with your six pack! I said it before, and I’ll say it again, there are no secrets to getting six pack abs.
